Like best: The love and care Kath shows to our dear Layla . Layla is always happy to see Kath which is great. I also love how Kath keeps us up to date with text messages and photos. She really loves our dog and we are so thankful we have found Kath .
How to improve: Can’t think of anything other than put in a doggy door so you don’t have to get up so early!
Would recommend: Yes
Anything to add: Kath’s house is Layla’s 2nd home and Kath takes a lot of time and care to know your pet and what they like and don’t like. She clearly loves animals.

Like best: Regular updates, obvious care and love provided. Kath was keen to understand how she can make Rocky’s stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. Wonderful service, I was very confident and reassured about leaving rocky whilst we were on holiday

Exceptional.
My 8yo Labrador had the most wonderful stay (he has also been a house guest for shorter overnight stays and Kath takes him on walks to build familiarity and trust). Luis’ two-week home boarding was full of stimulation, exercise, brain games, adventure and importantly warmth, family inclusion and loving, attentive care. As it was a hot and humid few days during the summer Kath even made sure he had a cool, fresh splash pool out in the garden to sit in! Kath provided regular updates and photos and kept Luis in his usual routine to avoid disruption to his day! I'm absolutely confident and very happy to have left my cherished pooch in Kath's capable care, Luis was settled, comfortable and so warmly welcomed.
